Oil Impact Monitor
The World Bank Group was looking for a partner to build a monitoring app for Oil Production impacts in Western Ghana. Experts on the groups were collecting information like the number of fishnet that were damaged. The application needed to allow the experts to upload the information. Members of the community would then be able to keep track of incidents and visualize the areas that are most affected.
Our Approach
We built the application on Drupal. Our UX lead designed a clean interface, which we converted into a theme. We worked with the subject-matter experts in Ghana to build the necessary content types and workflow. We also built a dashboard using the Views and Charts and Graphs modules. Due to time constraints, we were asked to setup the server to host the site. The application was delivered within three weeks.
